ZAGREB, March 18 (Hina) - Contrary to announcements, the Croatian Government did not discuss a motion that taxes and contributions be paid for author's fees on Thursday. The motion was discussed by the Government at the last session,
as part of government measures for a more effective payment of taxes and contributions for pension and health insurance. Labour and Social Welfare Minister Jozo Skara told reporters after the session that consultations were still in progress regarding the issue. I will personally advocate that categories of employees to which this would apply be established, how much poll taxes will amount to, he said.
