PRISTINA, March 13 (Hina) - The district court in Prizren sentenced a group of 24 ethnic Albanians to a total of 88 and half years in prison on charges for their enemy activities and terrorism, Twenty of them received the
four-year-long prison term each, another three convicts should spend two and half years in prison. One Albanian will serve one-year sentence, while a blind person was acquitted. All of them were caught in their shelters in Orahovac last summer during a Serbian offensive. None of them was a member of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), the KLA news agency 'Kosovapress' said on Saturday. The same source said six Albanian civilians had disappeared in Prizren in the last two days. It added that seven killed Albanians, who had lost their lives in clashes near the village of Jeskovo were civilians, while Serbian sources claimed that the killed had worn KLA uniforms.(hina) ms
