ZAGREB, March 9 (Hina) - Croatian representatives are taking part in a fair 'Alpe-Adria' which commenced in the Slovene capital of Ljubljana on Tuesday and will end on Sunday, March 14. The fair is dedicated to tourism, nautical
activities, sports, and leisure. Several Croatian regions will present their tourist offers at 80 square metres during the event. On Wednesday, the head of the Croatian Tourist Authorities (HTZ), Marijan Bulat, and other tourist workers will hold a news conference in Ljubljana. Last year, 637,662 Slovenes spent their holidays in Croatia, or 10 percent more than in 1997. They recorded 4 million room-nights, with an increase of eight percent in comparison to 1997.(hina) ms
