PRISTINA, March 9 (Hina) - Two Serb police officers were killed and three were injured on Monday evening, when their vehicles drove over an anti-tank mine at the Yugoslav-Albanian border, near Djakovica, the Serb-run Media Centre in
Pristina reported on Tuesday. The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe's (OSCE) verifiers had been informed of the incident, and were conducting an investigation on the spot of the incident along with Serb police. Albanian sources did not yet comment on the incident. They, however, reported that the situation in the Djakovica region was tense, adding that military planes were flying over the town and nearby villages.(hina) it
