Liberation Army (KLA) and asked them to sign a transitional agreement, discussed at the recent conference in Rambouillete, before March 15 when negotiations should resume between ethnic Albanians and the Serbian party. A member of the KLA chief headquarters, Sokol Bashota, was quoted on Sunday by the Pristina-based daily "Koha Ditore" as saying that during last night's talks at Dragobilje the American diplomat had told KLA representatives that in case the Albanian side signed agreement before March 15, it would make possible for NATO to direct the total pressure toward Serbs.
