he has been on this new duty, he can say he is satisfied with the cooperation with Croatian authorities at all levels. Cooperation is good, but the views of the OSCE and Croatian authorities differ in issues of return, he said. The housing commission in Knin is not functioning properly, Gibson said. In 1991, Knin had 21,000 residents, today only 14,000. We cannot believe accommodation for people currently living in Serb refugee houses cannot be found, he stressed.
