President of the HSP Anto Djapic said the latest events in Piran Bay (Slovene authorities granted Slovene fishermen permission to fish in the entire Piran Bay area) proved a parliamentary debate on the matter was justified, and added he believed Croatian-Slovene relations were blocked. The latest events proved that Slovenia had no intentions of solving open issues with Croatia, Djapic said, adding Slovenia was making decisions detrimental to Croatia and which did not conform with international treaties.
