ZAGREB, March 2 (Hina) - The Croatian National Sabor's House of Counties on Tuesday endorsed the adoption of several bills, including a bill on the ratification of the Agreement on Special Relations between Croatia and the Federation
of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Agreement on Special Relations is envisaged by the Dayton Peace Agreement and represents a solid and wide framework for the protection of Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina and a basis for cooperation between the two states, the Upper House concluded. After a brief discussion, the Upper House also supported a bill on ratifying the Agreement on free transit through the territory of the Republic of Croatia from and into the port of Ploce and through the territory of Bosnia-Herzegovina in Neum. The two bills had been proposed for discussion in urgent procedure. The House of Counties will tomorrow continue its 25th session.(hina) rml
