PRISTINA, March 1 (Hina) - The Kosovo Verification Mission of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) on Monday condemned all actions which are detrimental to peace efforts, and called on both sides to refrain
from provocations which can aggravate the already tense situation. In a statement issued today, the Mission names cases of abduction and killings which have been aggravating the situation in the province. The Mission said it received today from the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) the body of a Kosovo Serb, who had been abducted with another Serb two days ago in Velika Hoca near Orahovac. The other Serb was released. Three Kosovo Albanians went missing in the area of Orahovac on February 23, and three Serbs were abducted on February 27.
