INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY FAIR BEGINS IN ZAGREB

ZAGREB ZAGREB, Feb 13 (Hina) - The two-day International Beauty Fair opened in Zagreb on Saturday. At about 6,000 square metres within the Zagreb Fair (ZV) premises, 100 participants from Croatia and another 12 countries exhibited the latest products for beauty treatment, perfumery products, haircare and skincare products, toiletries as well as accessories and equipment for beauty salons and hairdressers. Workshops and competitions have also been organised as part of the event. Winners at such competitions as a contest for the best design of fingernails or the make up of a bride have the right to participate in similar events in Duesseldorf. At the ceremonial opening, the ZV director-general, Jurica Pavelic, said the Beauty Fair had been staged in cooperation with the Munich-based WK International company - the organiser and the licensee of Beauty Fairs in several European cities as well as in Istanbul and Tokyo.
