ZAGREB, Feb 2 (Hina) - The diary products factory "Sirela" from the northeastern Croatian town of Bjelowar, was on Tuesday awarded the ISO 9001 certificate, after it met all requirements of the audit conducted by certificate company
SGS from Zurich. The ISO 9001 is a unique system of insuring the quality of products, in line with the regulations of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). A group of 20 elements, which include the entire business activities of the company, are based on the quality handbook, the quality procedure, working instructions, and the quality records. The system also includes studies implementation which insures that the products meet health standards and the protection of consumers.
