SARAJEVO, Jan 27 (Hina) - The High representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina, Carlos Westendorp, on Wednesday chaired the first session of a special commission established by the international community to supervise the privatisation
process in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Office of the High Representative (ORH) said members of the commission were expected to issue recommendations to solve all problems that could emerge during the privatisation process. Westendorp said privatisation in Bosnia-Herzegovina must be implemented quickly and fully observing the peace agreement, as well as the state law on the privatisation of banks and companies. The commission comprises The Dutch economy ministry's secretary-general, Sweder van Wijnbergen, a retired judge of the San Francisco Supreme Court, Daniel Weinstein, and a former Estonian foreign minister, Jaan Manitski.(hina) lml mm
