ZAGREB, Jan 25 (Hina) - A board meeting of the Croatian oil company Ina, held on Monday under the chairmanship of Economy Minister Nenad Porges, appointed four new members of the Supervisory Committee. The new members are Payment
Transactions Bureau director Dinko Zidarevic, a former president of the Koncar Electric Industry management, Vjekoslav Skrb, Tomislav Matic of the Finance Ministry, and Dubravka Vukmanovic of the Croatian Privatisation Fund, the Croatian Economy Ministry reported on Monday. The four officials replaced Franjo Greguric and Hrvoje Sarinic who resigned, and Gordan Radin and Franjo Kajfez, whose mandates expired. The board meeting was also attended by Finance Minister Borislav Skegro, Defence Minister Pavao Miljavac, Interior Minister Ivan Penic, and Return and Immigration Minister Marijan Petrovic.(hina) jn it/rml
