a judge of the Constitutional Court after the expiry of his term in
December this year.

Constitutional Court judge, as my term of eight years as a member of
the Court and the double term as the Court President runs out on

According to the Croatian Constitution, the 11 judges of the
Constitutional Court are elected by the Croatian Parliament's
House of Representatives at the proposal of the House of Counties
for a term of eight years "from among outstanding jurists,
especially judges, public prosecutors, lawyers and university
professors of law."
The Court President is elected by the Constitutional Court for a
term of four years.
