ZAGREB, Jan 14 (Hina) - A delegation of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Croats arrived on Thursday in Zagreb for talks with representatives of the Croatian Government. The Government's communications office told Hina that a meeting between Bosnian Croat representatives and Croatia's officials had begun on Thursday afternoon, but declined to say who was participating in it and what would be the topics of the talks. Reporters, gathered in front of the government's building, noticed that the Bosnian Croat-Moslem Federal Vice Premier, Dragan Covic, and the Federal Defence Minister, Miroslav Prce, were in the Bosnian Croat delegation. The Zagreb-based daily "Jutarnji List" reported on Thursday that this delegation and the Croatian Government would discuss the implementation of the agreement on the special relations between Croatia and the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina. According to the daily, their talks will also revolve around a crisis in the relations between the Bosnian Croat leadership and the NATO-led Stabilisation Force (SFOR), caused by a decision of the Bosnian Presidency Croat member Ante Jelavic to appoint of some HVO (Bosnian Croat Defence Council) generals without complying with the necessary procedures and failing to ask SFOR consent. The Office of Ante Jelavic told Hina that Jelavic would not be in the delegation for Thursday's talks as he had other appointments today in Sarajevo. Reporters could not learn whether the Croatian Government's communications office would issue any statement on results of today's meeting in Zagreb. (hina) ms
