ZAGREB, Jan 11 (Hina) - Branko Seric, the court-appointed attorney +for Nada Sakic, indicted for war crimes committed against the +civilian population in Croatia during World War II, has again +proposed that the Croatian Supreme Court
discontinue his client's +detention and release her immediately.+ Seric bases his proposal on the fact that his client has spent more +than six months in prison, if house arrest the Argentinean +authorities ordered her to stay in is included.+ The Zagreb County Court on December 31, 1998 prolonged Sakic's +detention for one month. detention and release her immediately.
Seric bases his proposal on the fact that his client has spent more
