ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - The Association of Croatian Returnees (ZPH) at Friday's meeting asked of the government to urgently begin reviving economy in areas of special government care. The ZPH asked of the government to postpone the
repayment loans for economy in the areas and that the government invest all available budgetary funds into economy in the region. The returnees also requested that the Erdut Agreement be rescinded as it has made possible employment for a great number of Serbs not living in Croatia, but are living in Yugoslavia. This, in turn, has made it impossible to employ returnees, Croatian citizens, especially in the police and justice system, ZPH vice president Nikola Matekovic told a news conference after the meeting. Returnees are not able to return loans they received for the revival
of economy, salaries are small and irregular, they do not have money
for essential costs of living, which again instigates them to
