ZAGREB, Dec 15 (Hina) - The Croatian Public Works, Reconstruction and Construction on Friday signed an agreement with the humanitarian organisation called Norwegian people's aid on the donation of US$600,000 for endorsing the return
of displaced persons and refugees through projects of home reconstruction in eastern Slavonia and Skradin. The agreement was signed in Zagreb by Croatia's Public Works Minister Radimir Cacic and the Norwegian organisation's representative, Rolf Borgos. Cacic announced a new law on socially stimulating home-building was being prepared, which would not be applied exclusively to socially endangered persons, but would stipulate an organised home-building financed with the assistance of the state, towns and municipalities.(hina) lml
