afternoon, and chairman of the Europa Press Holding management board, Ninoslav Pavic, was released about an hour later due to insufficient evidence to support police charges. The Zagreb County State Prosecution said Wednesday due to insufficient evidence that Pavic and Grubisic had committed the crime of abuse of office, it would request additional probing and evidence. Grubisic and Pavic were apprehended Monday and on Tuesday were given a 48-hour detention. Upon exiting the detention premises, Grubisic said the events did not deserve any comment.
