ZAGREB, Dec 13 (Hina) - Retail prices of engine oils will drop 3.4-7
percent starting Thursday.#L#
After the Economy Ministry today okayed 6.1-13.2 percent cuts in
engine oil prices, the national oil company INA will sell "super 98"
at a 6.7 percent lower price, namely 6.7 kuna for one litre.
The price of "normal 91" dropped by seven percent, now costing 5.85
kn/l, while "eurosuper 95" is 6.6 percent cheaper, costing 6.05
kn/l.
"Eurosuper plus 98" will sell at 6.45 kn/l, 3.4 percent less than
before.
The drop in prices is the result of lower prices in crude oil on the
world market and the USD-kuna currency ratio, Mario Dragun, head of
INA's public relations, told Hina. Today, $1 = 8.7 kuna.
