ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Vesna Cvjetkovic-Kurelec on Wednesday evening will participate in a meeting of the European Liberal Democrat and Reform Party (ELDR). The European liberals will hold a regular
