A November issue of the 'Globus' weekly and the November 28, 29 and 30 issues of 'Slobodna Dalmacija' daily brought statements from or transcripts of the testimony given by a protected witness before the Tribunal. The ICTY requested Croatian authorities to take all necessary measures to prevent the publication of the testimony and provide it with any information on the identity of persons potentially responsible for the disclosure of the documents and violation of ICTY orders and decisions on the protection of witnesses.
