HR-PICULA-Politika CROATIAN FOREIGN MINISTER SPEAKS WITH FINNISH COUNTERPART ZAGREB Nov 23 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula on Thursday held talks with his Finnish counterpart Errki Tuomioj, the Foreign Ministry said
in a statement. During the talks Tuomioj stressed the Zagreb Summit on Friday was a confirmation of the international community's confidence in the progress achieved in Croatia since the arrival of the new government to power, the statement said. Picula described the Zagreb Summit as an event of exceptional importance for Croatia, adding it was more an expression of a vision of the future than an exchange of stances on the current situation. Picula informed his Finnish counterpart with the economic and political situation in the country, particularly in the areas of investment possibilities and the development of entrepreneurship. Tuomioj expressed interest in Croatian tourism, and invited Picula for a visit to Finland next February.(hina) lml
