ZAGREB, Oct 29 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula said Sunday Croatia would enter the European Union somewhere between 2006 and 2008 if everything goes well. Picula expressed this view in talks with citizens who visited
the government building Sunday. Asked whether he was, as foreign minister, acquainted with true problems of citizens, Picula said he was hearing about the problems of common people on an every day basis, from his neighbours and fellow citizens. "Mostly the problems concern the unsolved systems of social, pension and health insurance," he said. Picula told the visitors he could not provide assistance as foreign minister, but he could relay their problems to his colleagues in relevant ministries.
