ZAGREB FOR FRIDAY'S SUMMIT ZAGREB, Nov 23 (Hina) - Montenegro's Foreign Minister Branko Lukovac arrived in Zagreb on Thursday to attend tomorrow's Zagreb Summit. Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic's participation has not been
confirmed yet, even though on some lists he is mentioned as a member of Yugoslavia's delegation. Press services have announced he will hold a press conference on Friday. According to announcements, the Yugoslav delegation, presided by President Vojislav Kostunica, should arrive in Zagreb tomorrow morning.
