SKOPJE: REPS. OF EU, REGION'S COUNTRIES MEET AHEAD OF ZAGREB SUMMIT SKOPJE, Nov 18 (Hina) - Presidency representatives of the European Union, the European Commission, and the Council of Ministers on Friday convened in Skopje for a
meeting with foreign ministry political directors of countries in the process of stabilisation and association ahead of the Nov. 24 Zagreb Summit. Croatia was represented by the newly-appointed ambassador to Belgium, Vladimir Drobnjak. According to a statement of Macedonia's Foreign Ministry, the participants considered and supported the text of a draft declaration which will be formulated at a Council of Ministers Nov. 20 meeting in Brussels. The participants agreed that an individual approach in evaluating each country's achievements and willingness for regional cooperation should be the basis on which the European Union should further cooperation with said countries.
