In its part referring to Bosnia, a draft resolution voices support to the development of a modern state of three peoples. The Croatian delegation was pleased to note that all working documents mentioned an individual approach for accessing the European Union for all member-states of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe. Observers say it is not accidental the conference is taking place ahead of the Zagreb Summit on Nov. 24. Before being admitted to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly as full- right member, the Croatian delegation has the right to participate in the work of its committees, but does not have the right to vote.
