entitled "Genesis of a Delusion - Constitutional-Legal Analysis of

Many things have been written about a recent war, its causes and
consequences, there has been many delusions of which the most basic
one was that all Serbs should live in one country. The consequence
of this is even greater delusion, namely that all Croatians should
live in Croatia", Mesic said.
Stressing that the objectivity of Ribicic's book would help the
resolution of the current situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Croatian parliament deputy speaker Zdravko Tomac said there were
many culprits for what had been going on and for the fact that there
was still no solution for the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
He stressed that the international community was also responsible
given that all of its plans referred to the division of Bosnia-
Herzegovina. He assessed that all of the problems are the result of
the fact that former Croatian President Franjo Tudjman accepted
those plans of the international community and that he responded to
the project of the creation of a Greater Serbia with a project of a
Greater Croatia. Tomac said there was no other solution but that all
three nations in Bosnia-Herzegovina continue to live at the joint
territory at which, apart from a civil society, the equality among
nations would be ensured.
Addressing the current events in Bosnia-Herzegovina, former
Bosnia-Herzegovina Ambassador to Croatia Kasim Trnka said that the
international community was gathering nations to support ethnic
ideas every time before elections.
The author of the book, Ciril Ribicic said that the main character
of the book was not its author, but all those who had the courage to
resist the policy of the division of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
