Messages of Jubilee are significant for Europe and the world, and particularly for poor countries, for which the elimination of the Third World debt was requested, in order to prevent already poor countries from becoming even poorer, and wealthy countries from becoming wealthier, President Mesic said ending his visit to Rome.
