VUKOVAR VUKOVAR, Nov 1 (Hina) - On the occasion of All Saints Day, a delegation of the Croatian government, headed by Defence Minister Jozo Rados, laid wreaths at the cemetery of the Croatian Homeland Defence War soldiers in the
eastern Croatian town of Vukovar Wednesday. Apart from Rados, Croatian Homeland Defence War Soldiers' Minister Ivica Pancic and Minister for Craftsmanship, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Zeljko Pacek also paid tribute to civilians and soldiers who died defending Vukovar during the three months long occupation of the town by the Yugoslav Peoples Army in 1991.
