The State Attorney's Office last week requested an investigation of Zagorac, Sporer, Matko Kakarigi (former Defence Ministry construction department head), retired colonel Juraj Vojkovic, and assistant director of Split's company "Aci", Leo Kurent. The prosecution has brought charges against them for graft and white-collar crime. In case they are found guilty, they are looking at one to ten years in prison. Seric said the preliminary hearing will be held on November 7, after which the investigative judge will decide whether there are grounds for initiating an investigation. (hina) lml jn
