HINA Zagreb, October 30, 2000GOVERNMENT IS STABLE SAYS RACANZAGREB, Oct 30 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan Said Monday his Government was stable, wished to see its entire mandate through, and can allow for this possibility as a realist. At Monday's news conference Racan said that as Prime Minister and the president of the strongest party within the ruling six-party coalition, he wished the Government do perform its task until the end. We wish to fulfil our promises and expectations of citizens within our mandate, he said. He added he did not wish extraordinary elections, but as a realist, he could allow for the possibility. We do not want the coalition to change, it has received citizens' confidence and it would be good to successfully complete our mandate, Racan said asked whether the Government would enter the second phase of work equally structured.
