CROATIAN PRIME MINISTER HOLDS TALKS WITH OSCE MISSION CHIEF

ZAGREB, Oct 26 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan on Friday held talks with the chief of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission to Croatia, Bernard Poncet, about the cooperation between the Mission and Croatia, as well as activities on the plans of the return of refugees and reconstruction. The Government's Public Relations Office said in a statement issued Friday the two sides accentuated the good relations between the OSCE and the Government. Poncet informed Racan the future OSCE Mission's Progress Report would be issued in mid-November. The report will contain the Government's progress in the general democratisation of the society. However, the Progress Report will also point out the need for a more effective solving of the problems of illegal and multiple occupation of other people's property, for equalising criteria for reconstruction, and the processing

Racan accentuated the problem in return and reconstruction, the inalienable right to property, securing alternative accommodation and processing of war crimes as priorities of the Croatian Government.
