ZAGREB, Oct 24 (Hina) - A bridge at the international border crossing Gunja-Brcko between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina will be reopened tomorrow, the European Commission's mission in Croatia reported on Tuesday. The reconstruction
of this bridge across the Sava River and clearance of mines from a nearby area, which started on 15 June this Year, was financed with 1.6 million euro ensured by the European Union. While it was closed for the traffic, cars and passengers were transported by ferry, financed by the American USAID agency. The ceremonial re-opening will be performed by European Commission representatives to Zagreb and Sarajevo, Per Vinther and Joerg Kretschmer respectively. Present at the ceremony will be top governmental officials of the two countries, the EC mission added.(hina) ms
