CZECH REPUBLIC WISHES TO SHARE ITS ECONOMIC EXPERIENCE WITH CRO

ZAGREB, Oct 13 (Hina) - Members of the Czech parliament wish to share their experience in economic transition with Croatian colleagues, and on the path to joining the European Union, candidate countries should help one another, president of the Czech parliament's economy committee Josef Hojdar said in the Croatian national parliament Friday. As a part of its visit to Croatia, a delegation of the Czech Parliament's economy committee held talks with representatives of the Croatian national parliament's economy committee, tourism committee, and Croatian parliament speaker Zlatko Tomcic. The Czech Republic, which achieved better progress in approaching the European Union, is ready to share its experience with Croatia, both positive and negative. If we got burned doing something, we believe it is our duty to warn you about things which shouldn't be done, Hojdor said. Along with the Czech parliamentary delegation, businessman from the Czech Republic also arrived in Croatia. The businessmen are staying in the northern Adriatic town of Pula, where they are to meet with Croatian businessmen and discuss concrete cooperation. (hina) it
