Croatian counties held a meeting in Zagreb today, at which they warned that not one existing law regulating the problem of care for Homeland War victims included the category of civilian Homeland War victim. They also stated that the jurisdiction of state bodies over civilian war victims had shifted six times so far. Demanding that all categories of war victims be legally and administratively regulated, the associations asked that the Ministry of Croatian War Veterans be renamed into the Ministry of the Homeland War and the existing Law on Croatian Veterans into the Law on Homeland War Victims.(hina) jn rml
