ZADAR ZADAR, Oct 333 (Hina) - A trial to three men suspected of the murder of Serb returnee Nedjeljko Stulic on March 2, 2000 on the central Adriatic island of Vir, started in the southern Croatian town of Zadar on Tuesday. Indictment
alleges that Milan Krncevic, 24, Sime Radovic, 22, and Edis Basic, 26, brutally murdered Nedjeljko Stulic. The indictment read that on March 1 around 22.00 hours, the three suspects broke in the house of Pero Budija on Vir (Bundija is victim's father-in-law), and beat his son-in-law, Serb returnee Nedjeljko Stulic, who succumbed to the wounds and died in the Zadar general hospital. The indictment also read that the three suspects entered the house introducing themselves as police officers, calling Stulic a Chetnik and beat him in front of his father-in-law, wife and son.
