Ivan Fumic said Friday in the northern Croatian town of Sisak. Fumic said he supported President Mesic in the prevention of extreme right-wing activities in Croatia. According to him, Croatia does not have European right wingers, which were partially anti-fascists, but armed, extreme fascist right wingers, which are minor according to their number and significance, but also aggressive and loud. Fumic stressed that anti-fascist soldiers supported the ruling coalition of six parties. He expressed a belief that the ruling Six will help Croatia to overcome economic and moral crisis. President Stipe Mesic on retiring generals who signed an open
letter to the Croatian public, SABH president Ivan Fumic said
Friday in the northern Croatian town of Sisak.

The president today reached a decision on retiring seven active
army generals who were among the 12 signatories of yesterday's open
letter in which they called on state institutions and the media to
oppose the negative and false presentation of the Homeland Defence
War, Croatia's early 1990s war of independence from the former
Yugoslav federation.
