The Regent Group is a company for the management of investment funds and assets, with a capital of US$107 million and funds worth about US$1.2 billion. the Istarska Banka the amount sufficient for the bank to strengthen
its capital base for regular operation and develop into one of
Croatia's leading banks specialised in providing financial
services to small and medium-sized businesses and depositors, the
bank said in a statement yesterday.
According to the statement, Regent Europe Ltd. London is part of
Regent PacificGroup Limited (Regent Group). The Regent Group is a
company for the management of investment funds and assets, with a

The group is a renown name for investments into markets in east
European and Asian countries.
Regent Europe Ltd. London manages funds worth US$600 million and
invests mostly in banks and real estate. Its more important
investments in Croatia so far include Zagreb's Kinematografi film
distributor and the Dalmatinska Banka d.d. whereas smaller
investments include the Zagrebacka Banka d.d. and the Podravka d.d
food-processing company.
