The president of the Bosnian Serb entity's Chamber of Commerce,

agreement between the two countries was a big obstacle for both
Croatian and Bosnian economy.
This year Croatian and Bosnian business people have intensified
talks, and conclusions and requests from their joint meetings
should facilitate attempts aimed at an increase in the trade.
According to Croatia's Statistical Office, Croatia's exports to
Bosnia totalled US$ 547 million last year, with a drop of 16.3
percent as against 1998, while is imports from Bosnia came to 117
million, or by 24.9 percent less than in 1998.
