ZAGREB, Sept 11 (Hina) - The reconstruction of houses demolished during the Homeland War in Croatia will be completed by early 2003, Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan said after Monday's working visit to the Ministry for Public
Works, Reconstruction and Building. The Prime Minister said the reconstruction was progressing as planned, and added 1,500 apartments would be allocated to Homeland War victims' families this year. Croatian Reconstruction and Development Minister Radimir Cacic said that the building of apartments exceeded the planned norm by 50 percent. The working meeting focused on problems the Ministry was facing, namely problems regarding reconstruction, the road-building industry and utility infrastructure, Racan said.
