Friday morning a police patrol noticed four foreign citizens in a vehicle stationed in front of a restaurant. They had no documents, and were taken to the police station. They were established as being Turkish citizens who crossed the Croatian border via boat over the Sava River from Bosnia-Herzegovina with the help of Djuro J and Marko B. Charges will be levelled against Djuro J and Marko B while a request for criminal proceedings will be filed against the four Turks. Vukovar-Srijem police also apprehended five Iranian citizens accompanied with Croatian citizen Ilija K. during an attempt to illegally cross the Croatian border two days ago, police reported.(hina) lml
