ZAGREB, Sept 4 (Hina) - The Croatian Government and the Institute 'Open Society - Croatia' on Monday concluded a co-operation agreement, stated the Government's public relations office. The contract refers to the Institute's
assistance on the elaboration of a strategy for Croatia's development in the 21st century. This particularly covers four fields - the decentralisation of the state administration, education, culture and the development of small and medium-sized companies. The document, which will be effective three years, was signed by Croatia's First Deputy Prime Minister Goran Granic and the Institute's steering committee's head, Slavica Singer.(hina) ms
