ZAGREB, July 22 (Hina) - Traffic on roads leading from the mainland toward the coastal region has abated in the early afternoon hours on Saturday. There are no delays at exists from the Zagreb-Karlovac highway, however, traffic toward
Zagreb has intensified. Traffic in both directions through Karlovac is still slow and the police have been regulating the passage of vehicles, the Croatian Auto Club (HAK) reported. Vehicles travelling toward Plitvice are still moving in lines at a speed of 70 kph. Traffic on the road D3 toward Rijeka has intensified in both directions, but no major problems have been reported. Five ferries are operating on the line connecting the mainland and the island of Pag, and the line of vehicles waiting at Prizna to be taken to Pag is 300 metres long.
