ZAGREB, July 19 (Hina) - The Serb People's Party (SNS) is dissatisfied with a constitutional act on national minorities drafted by the working group of the Croatian Justice Ministry, said the SNS President Milan Djukic. The SNS cannot
agree especially with proposed provisions under which the self-government of the Serb minority would act via the Serb National Council, Djukic said on Wednesday claiming that the representation of the Serb minority in the Sabor, Government and top judicial bodies is defined in a wrong manner. The SNS cannot agree especially with proposed provisions under

Therefore we suggest that a new draft act on this issue should be
