ZAGREB, July 12 (Hina) - Croatia's Government will definitely not allow that the case with Enron end in court, through its own fault, but whether this will end in court depends on whether Enron will respect the Protocol it signed with us in Houston, Croatian Economy Minister Goranko Fizulic said on Wednesday. During a debate held by the Croatian national parliament's House of Representatives, a member of the strongest opposition party (HDZ), Ivic Pasalic, wondered how the Government was intending to attract foreign investors when it treated them badly, citing the example of Enron. Fizulic replied that no judgement should be drawn from media interpretation that the negotiating team of the Croatian Power Industry (HEP) had departed from June 9 Protocol.
