PULA, July 11 (Hina) - Croatian police last week prevented the illegal border crossing of five Iranian and six Turkish citizens from Croatia to Slovenia, representatives of the police reported in Pula Tuesday. Charges have been filed
against a man from the northern Adriatic town of Umag who transported the illegals. According to a police investigation, Turkish and Iranian citizens illegally entered Croatia from Bosnia-Herzegovina Friday in a boat over the Sava River. The illegals were then taken to Zagreb, where they met the man from Umag who was supposed to drive them to Slovenia. The minor offence court in Umag banned the Iranians and Turks from entering Croatia for two years.(hina) it jn
