ZAGREB, June 23 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula on Friday received a delegation of the Israeli-Croatian Friendship League, headed by the League's president Samuel Schlesinger. The League is based in the Israeli town
of Ashdod, the Foreign Ministry reported. Picula welcomed the interest of Israeli business people in cooperation with Croatia. He said Croatia's future was in its democratisation and active contribution to the democratisation of the region. The Israeli delegation assessed as positive and encouraging current developments in Croatia and expressed interest in Croatian tourism, which, they believed, was the lever of successful economic reforms.(hina) jn rml
