OSCE SAYS MILOSEVIC DESTABILISING MONTENEGRO, REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

MOSTAR, May 31 (Hina) - The head of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe Mission to Bosnia-Herzegovina on Wednesday accused Yugoslavia's President Slobodan Milosevic of wanting to simultaneously destabilise Montenegro and Bosnia's Serb entity. The situation in the Yugoslav republic of Montenegro is dangerous, and Milosevic's announced arrival in Podgorica is adding fuel to the fire, OSCE's Robert Barry told a news conference in southern BH's town of Mostar. He assessed the strengthening of the Opposition in Belgrade had urged Milosevic to divert attention from the real hardships in Serbia. Barry also voiced concern over the Serbian government's actions against public media and students, and over accusations of terrorism levelled at the student opposition.
