DUBROVNIK, May 28 (Hina) - A Croatian passenger ship on Saturday rescued nine Turkish seamen after their ship sank in the vicinity of the Italian port of Catania. The uninjured Turks arrived at the southern Croatian port of Dubrovnik
on Sunday morning aboard the "Oriana", which was the first to reach the location of the accident.

rescued nine Turkish seamen after their ship sank in the vicinity of
the Italian port of Catania.
The uninjured Turks arrived at the southern Croatian port of
Dubrovnik on Sunday morning aboard the "Oriana", which was the
first to reach the location of the accident.#L#
After spending the night aboard the passenger ship, the Turkish
seamen were accommodated at Dubrovnik's Petka hotel. Their stay in
the southern Croatian port and transportation expenses to Turkey
will be covered by Jadroagent, the Croatian shipping company which
owns "Oriana".
The Turkish seamen will depart by bus for Sarajevo tomorrow
morning, and then to Istanbul by plane.
